We’re not shy here about our love for artist managers. I have personally worked with hundreds of them at all levels of the industry, and they are some of the most inspiringly ambitious, hardworking, creative, and passionate people I’ve met. Often working for the love of the music, they’re putting their time in at a point way before an artist has the audience and support needed to pay bills. They’re absolutely crucial as artist projects become more complicated and we wanted a way to connect fantastic artists who haven’t yet found the right partner with those sorts of managers who can absolutely make a huge difference with their deep knowledge of the industry. Investing £100/hr in conversation with the right person is a no-brainer if you’re in a position to afford it. Before you invest money in a video, drop another EP without knowing how to market it, or play 4 gigs without knowing how to negotiate a fair fee… everyone wins here.
